CSE LIVE! INSPIRATION & HOW TO HOST A GLOWING EGG HUNT THIS EASTER
Fridays always make us happy because it’s the beginning of another great weekend for us at Aura. With so many upcoming events on the horizon plus a plethora of changes in our glowing world we are feeling might busy and we love it!
CSE LIVE!
First up is the annual Canadian Special Events LIVE! Convention being hosted at the Sheraton Centre Hotel, downtown Toronto March 19th - 21st. This will be Aura's second time attending this truly innovative event and we are overjoyed to experience new products, guest speakers and most importantly to be creatively inspired for all of our clients upcoming events this year.
Our events master Robyn will be holding down the Aura booth and showcasing some of our most popular and newest LED glow furniture and décor products and event ideas. You can find her from 11 am to 5:30 pm on Tuesday, March 20th in the IMAGINARIUM, the main tradeshow event jam packed with event vendors, suppliers and like minded creative people showcasing the next big thing in the party and events world to best serve you, the party people!
EASTER WEEKEND
It's still a few weeks to go but it's never to early to start planning your Easter decor and no, it’s not a joke, Easter Sunday actually falls on April 1st this year also known as April fools day. While all you parents out there may be thinking of playing some practical April fools day jokes and filling your children’s Easter eggs with veggies instead of chocolate we’ve got other ideas in mind.
Being LED glow enthusiasts of course, we’ve compiled a list of tips and tricks to switch up the Easter egg hunt this year in favour of something a little different. Although bed time may have to be pushed back we're suggesting a night time Easter egg hunt for 2018, glow in the dark edition! Your kids will love your creative effort and staying up past their bedtimes. Tips and tricks on a glowing Easter below.
•Hard-boil some eggs and cover with neon paint for nighttime fun in the garden.
•Glow in the dark plastic fillable eggs can be bought at any party supply or dollar store.
•Get some neon, glowing bracelets and necklaces for the kids for more LED fun and to keep track of them in the dark.
•Rent some LED glow furniture and décor from Aura. We have glow balls, pillars, cubes and curved bench seating- perfect props for hiding the eggs.

An Easter Sunday tradition of Toronto residents for generations. Every year over 50,000 residents ascend on Queen St. E for the festivities. Free as always and starts at 2 pm.
